Marketing services are provided under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of specific results. Statistics shown reflect past client outcomes and are not a promise of future performance.
Billing & Cancellation
We do not require long-term contracts. Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period. Third-party ad spend is billed directly to your own accounts.
Ownership
You own your website, ad accounts, domains, and data. AdaptDM retains ownership of its own internal tools, templates, and processes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdaptDM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services.
